The primary aim of this project is the qualitative development of the study programme "Biology" at the Faculty of Science at Masaryk University.

Secondary aims include:

  1. improvements in the quality of education in the field of "Computational Biology" in the bachelor and master's study programmes,
  2. attracting applicants to the "Computational Biology" field of study,
  3. raising the level of knowledge and abilities of new students through tougher requirements on applicants at entrance examinations,
  4. raising the pedagogical and expert competence of IBA MU teachers.
